Before joining Better.com in July 2020, she led operations and engineering recruiting at Uber, where she contributed to the company's growth from 4,000-25,000 employees in just five years. She's passionate about advising hiring managers and recruiting teams on how to set up scalable and fair processes to set a foundation for solid company growth.

Sara is a recruiting leader with over 20 years of global recruiting experience. She is a hands-on technical and product recruiter who is also known to hire a fashion designer or two.
